Version 5.8 delivers an enhanced integration with Panther, as customers running Mac OS X 10.3.x get a notification check as soon as changes are introduced into Apple Address Book database. Also new is the synchronization of the Person/Company property between both databases.
On the maintenance part, now the location of all the windows are honored for Macs with two monitors, it is fixed an issue with exported vCards not getting a Unicode-compliant format when the Notes field is filled, and solved a couple of minor problems with the Return Addresses Printing Style. For installed copies of earlier 5.6.x versions, the upgrade is automatically handled.
