The Enterprise Staff Indicator is an easy to use, intuitive staff attendance (In-Out) status board to help you track and keep in touch with your staff. For example, your staff members can change their status to mark them as "In a meeting", "At Lunch", "Gone Home" or "Do not Disturb" to name a few, in addition custom status levels can be added. The program includes a chat room and message broadcast system that can be used to send memos to individuals or groups within the office. The telephone message wizard that lets you take while-you-were-out telephone messages. A resource booking register lets users book meeting rooms or shared equipment. A historic record of bookings can be viewed. ESI has been integrated with the Windows messaging system to make use of Email communications.
