Each button is comprised of 3 images; normal, pressed and rollover. Set the timing settings for the speed of the effect. Specify hyperlinks to html pages in frames and non-frames. When the mouse is clicked on the button, a specified effect will be run and the link executed.
By designing your own 3 state button (3 images that you create) youwill be able to create menus containing buttons that will "press-in" when clicked as well as "highlight" when the mouse cursor is over the button.
