EmailPipe takes emails, converts them to text format, and then saves them to disk. Each text file is numbered sequentially for later reference.
You can use EmailPipe to archive email content, to extract data contained in automated emails, and a multitude of other email extraction tasks.
EmailPipe is designed to work with huge quantities of emails - more than 10 million per month! It is also far faster than other solutions coded in Visual Basic or scripting languages.
EmailPipe can be used with our advanced text processing tool TextPipe Pro to extract data and load it into a database.
Features:
* Converts emails to numbered text files suitable for further processing
* Attaches to Microsoft Outlook 2007/Vista, 2003, 2013/XP and 2000
* Connects to all MAPI-enabled email clients, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Applix etc
* Can move processed emails to a new folder, the Deleted Items folder or simply leave them in place
* Can control where processed emails are retrieved from - the Default Inbox or any folder
* Each email is saved to sequentially numbered text files
* Can control where output text files are written, what they are called and how the file number is formatted (and what the file number starts counting from)
* No limit on the number of emails processed.
