Podcasting allows users to broadcast with a limited amount of equipment from their own home without FCC rules and regulations and expensive broadcasting equipment. Producers of podcasts need a computer, microphones, editing and recording software, the ability to create an RSS feed of their recording, and an ftp client to which they upload their podcast to a destination URL on the Internet. ePodcast Express will help you publish your podcast or existing audio file, automatically generate an RSS Feed or Subscription File (XML) and Web Page (HTML), and upload it to the internet. ePX supports RSS 2.0 specifications as well as iTunes proprietary tags for listing in the Apple iTunes directory. ePX will create a single subscription feed and maintain and update an existing subscription feed. ePX also supports the addition of ID3 tags to your podcast or audio file. Podcasting is a growing audio medium, similar to yet different from traditional radio broadcasting and streaming audio content.
