Click on the "Start" button at the bottom-left of the Windows desktop.

Select "Programs". You should see a list of programs that are currently installed on your machine.

Scroll up the list until you see the title of the program you wish to remove. Select it and look for an "Uninstall" utility.

Click on the "Uninstall" option to remove the program.
If no uninstall utility has been provided with the software, the best thing to do is use the Add/Remove Programs feature available in Control Panel.
Click on the "Start" button at the bottom-left of the Windows desktop.

Select "Settings" then "Control Panel".

The Control Panel window will appear. Now double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.

The Add/Remove Programs Properties box will appear.
From here you just scroll down the list until you see the title of the program you wish to remove, select it then click on the "Add/Remove" button.

That should do it.
