You do not need to use part numbers, and can enter information in the quote sheet on- the-fly.
Your products/services can have lengthy descriptions, and a variety of pricing methods.
Go-Go Quotations gives you the best of both worlds. You can keep a database with a list of your commonly used products and services, and you can also type in services and items on-the-fly in the quote itself.
