RogueScanner is a tool focused on device discovery and rogue detection. It is focused solely on classifying devices so you can quickly understand what's on your network.
RogueScanner is an open source tool focused on device classification and detection of rogue devices. RogueScanner relies on a unique Collaborative Device Classification system to automatically look up and identify the device type and device's identity in real time. RogueScanner collects information from devices on your network and sends this information securely to the server that uses this evidence to make classification decisions. The central server benefits from being able to look up the evidence that is gathered from devices against all of devices that have ever been identified.
