This refers to information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.
- Registration: When you register with BUMPERSOFT and establish an account with us, you provide personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, zip code, and other information. This personal identifiable information is securely stored in our users registration databases. If you chose to sign up for a paid service (such as BUMPERSOFT Sponsored Listing), we will collect information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to process payment and to communicate with you about the status of your order. Your credit card information will be retained and securely stored in our users registration databases.
Some BUMPERSOFT services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both BUMPERSOFT and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the CO-branded services.

This information may include your referring Web site addresses, IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, and access times. Our servers automatically collect and aggregate this information in order to provide general statistics regarding use of BUMPERSOFT Web Sites, evaluate its effectiveness, and maintain quality of our service.
Wherever BUMPERSOFT collects personally identifiable information we make an effort to include a link to our Policy on that page.

We may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from BUMPERSOFT and its affiliates.
BUMPERSOFT does not sell, rent, or lease its BUMPERSOFT customer lists to third parties. We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
BUMPERSOFT may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on BUMPERSOFT Web Sites; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of BUMPERSOFT, including BUMPERSOFT family of Web Sites; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of BUMPERSOFT services or members of the public.

BUMPERSOFT does not have access to the cookies that may be placed by third-party ad servers or ad networks.
Those ad networks that use persistent cookies may offer you a way to opt out of ad targeting. You may find more information at the Web site of the individual ad network.
| 9.0 Controlling "Spam" or Unsolicited E-mail |
BUMPERSOFT is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spam." BUMPERSOFT will not sell, lease, or rent its e-mail subscriber lists to third parties. While BUMPERSOFT continues to actively review and implement new technology, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Using tools such as the Inbox Protector and being cautious about the sharing of your e-mail address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail you receive.
