The BUMPERSOFT Web Site is operated by BumperSoft.com (collectively, the "BUMPERSOFT Web Sites"). This Policy applies to the BUMPERSOFT Web Sites and does not apply to the content of third parties.     Some BUMPERSOFT services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both BUMPERSOFT and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.

  • Correspondence: If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence, including your personally identifiable information, in a file specific to you. We use this information to respond to your correspondence and to provide better service in the event you contact us again.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION

This refers to information that cannot by itself identify you as a specific individual. Some services offered on BUMPERSOFT may collect personal information that is not accessible via the links above. However, in such cases, you may be able to access that information through alternative means of access described by the services. Or you can write us by using our Web form and choose the subject line "Other."

4.0 Security of your Personal Information

BUMPERSOFT is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. 5.0 Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information

BUMPERSOFT Web Sites are intended for users of all ages. However, we will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Naturally, the safety of children is very important to us.

BUMPERSOFT Web Sites do not permit registration by anyone under 13 years of age.

6.0 Use of Cookies

7.0 Use of Web Beacons

BUMPERSOFT Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that allow BUMPERSOFT to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. BUMPERSOFT may include Web beacons in promotional email messages or BUMPERSOFT Newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

BUMPERSOFT may also place Web beacons from third parties on BUMPERSOFT Web Sites in order to compile aggregated statistics and to help determine the effectiveness of our joint promotional or advertising campaigns. BUMPERSOFT prohibits Web beacons on BUMPERSOFT Web Sites from being used by third parties to access your personal information.

Finally, BUMPERSOFT may work with other companies that advertise on BUMPERSOFT to place Web beacons on their sites in order to allow us to develop statistics on how often clicking on an advertisement on BUMPERSOFT results in a purchase or other action on the advertiser's site.

8.0 Use of Third Party Ad Networks

BUMPERSOFT uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit BUMPERSOFT Web Sites These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. 9.0 Controlling "Spam" or Unsolicited Email

BUMPERSOFT is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial email or "spam." BUMPERSOFT will not sell, lease, or rent its email subscriber lists to third parties. While BUMPERSOFT continues to actively review and implement new technology, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited email. Using tools such as the Inbox Protector and being cautious about the sharing of your email address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited email you receive.
