hIRC Client Control is an ActiveX OCX that allows users to add Internet chat capabilities to their software.
It incorporates many features that enable novice users to interface their applications with an IRC Server.
hIRC CC is based on RFC 1459 and understands most of the commonly used servers.
hIRC 3.0 is now in beta and is being tested with various servers.
It contains a high-performance parsing engine that can fire events based on the stream of information it receives.
